1. What we collect

When you use GFXstudio we collect the account information an administrator provides on your behalf (name, email), the content you create (designs, projects, media uploads, sponsor logos), and standard technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) generated while using the app.

2. How we use it

We use this information to operate your account, render and deliver your broadcast graphics, process subscription billing, send transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts, subscription updates), and provide support when you request it.

3. Third-party services

GFXstudio relies on a small number of third-party services to function: Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and — depending on which data sources a project uses — SmartScore, Waterski Connect, Google Sheets, Airtable, or a weather data provider. Each of these only receives the data necessary to perform its function.

4. Data retention

We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your data deleted, an administrator can submit a request from your Account page, which is tracked and processed as a formal GDPR-style deletion request.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or request deletion at any time via your Account page. You can also update your profile information directly from there.
