Terms of Service

1. Accounts

GFXstudio accounts are created by an administrator on your behalf. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Acceptable use

GFXstudio is provided for creating and operating broadcast graphics for live events. You agree not to use it to upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or access data or accounts you're not authorized to use.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the designs, media, and other content you upload. By using GFXstudio you grant us the ability to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service (e.g. rendering it on the output/control pages you use).

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions, where applicable, are billed in advance and processed by Stripe. You can view and manage your subscription from the Billing page at any time.

5. Availability

We aim to keep GFXstudio available and reliable, especially during live events, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't liable for issues caused by factors outside our control (network outages, third-party API downtime, etc.).

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GFXstudio after a change means you accept the updated terms.
